Getting Started
How to add a transaction
Tap the “+” button.
Choose Expense, Income, or Transfer.
Enter amount, category, date, and optional notes.
Save.
How to edit or delete a transaction
Open the Transactions list.
Tap a transaction to view details.
Edit fields and save, or delete if needed.
How to manage categories
Open Settings.
Tap Manage Categories.
Add, edit, or remove categories.
How to view reports
Open Reports.
Select the month.
View spending breakdown by category.
How to export to CSV
Open Settings.
Tap Export Transactions.
Choose where to save or share the CSV file.
How to change currency
Open Settings.
Tap Currency.
Select your preferred currency.
Privacy & Data Storage
Money Manager: Expense Tracker is designed to work offline. Your finance data is stored locally on your device. The app does not require sign-in.
If you use “Clear All Data” in Settings, the app will permanently delete your locally stored finance data from your device. You can also remove all app data by uninstalling the app.
Crash and Usage Analytics (Firebase)
To improve app stability and performance, the app uses:
Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting)
Firebase Analytics (usage analytics)
These services help us understand app reliability and feature usage. They are not used to track you across other apps or websites.
Troubleshooting
If the app is slow or not working as expected:
Close the app and reopen it
Restart your device
Make sure you have the latest version installed
If exporting fails, try saving to a different location or sharing method
